Great service where free tiles samples are send within 2 days. Made a big difference !
The prices are very competitive too and they have a huge selection.

Fast delivery on really well priced tiles. Only one broken on arrival but had bought extra. Still prepping and will start tiling tomorrow so can’t comment on tiles yet.

Just bought some samples, but it was a very easy experience.

I received the samples very promptly and they helped me to decide on which tiles to have when I get my new bathroom. This is my second feedback on this matter, please don't bother me again.

Terrible company, Prior to ordering checked to see if delivery date was available reassured me 99% arrive on the date shown. Did not turn up on the delivery date, or the next day but the following day. I made someone wait each time they promised delivery. REALLY NOT GOOD. Asked for a discount as a goodwill offered 5% WHAT A JOKE

Although I didn’t make any purchase but by ordering free sample I tasted their customer service which was excellent it gave me impression To shop with them confidently so I would highly recommend tile mountain & I would go for that in future.
